Job summary

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker for Birch House in Gainsborough. You will contribute to a warm, safe home for three children, delivering compassionate care and engaging activities every day.

Hours are structured with 2 days on, 4 days off including sleep-ins; a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required, and applicants must be over 21. This is a permanent, full-time role with progression opportunities.

Pay rate: £32,242.00 - £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.
