Esland Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker at our Calvington House near Newport, Shropshire. You will join a compassionate team delivering therapeutic, child-centred care to young people in a small home.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, the right to work in the UK, and a willingness to work 173 hours per month with a 2-on/4-off shift pattern including sleep-ins. Salary ranges £32,242–£35,745 per year.

Salary: £32,242.00 to £35,745.00 per annum. (including 6 - 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
