Our Stoke-on-Trent home, The Esland Group Ltd, is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker. You will support young people with daily living, build trusting relationships and help create a nurturing, therapeutic environment.
We offer shifts including sleeps, a route to progression, funded induction, and opportunities to develop qualifications in Residential Childcare. A full UK driving licence and right to work are essential.

Compensation: £32,242 - £32,865 / year

Salary: £32,242.00 to £35,745.00 per annum. (including 6 - 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (depending on qualification).Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 1 days on, 2 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
