Job summary

Esland is hiring a Children’s Residential Support Worker in the United Kingdom to help three amazing children thrive in a safe, nurturing home.

You’ll provide high-quality care, plan activities, and be a positive role model while working a pattern of 173 hours per month, typically 2 days on, 4 days off with sleep-ins. A UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are essential. Training and progression are available.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.

• Applicants must be over 21 per industry regulations.

Pay rate: £32,242.00 - £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.

Work that matters: We’re a 365-day service because children need us every day.
