Job summary

Esland is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide high-quality care and emotional support for three children in a warm, active home. You’ll help with daily routines, create engaging activities, and model positive behaviors each day.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK, and being over 21. Training is provided, with progression opportunities across a 365-day service.

Pay rate

£32,242.00 - £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours

173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.
