A leading children's care provider in the United Kingdom seeks a passionate Children's Residential Support Worker to support young people in gaining life skills and ensuring they thrive in a loving home environment. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in children's residential care, ideally with knowledge of autism and complex needs. A full UK driving licence is required. The role includes shifts with overtime available, and the salary ranges from £32,000 to £34,000 depending on experience.

The role includes supporting young people daily to expand their life skills, encouraging positive behaviours and ensuring they have a loving home environment as they progress into adulthood, ensuring they have the skills to live independently when the time comes.
We have a wonderful opening for an experienced, passionate and caring Children's Residential Support Worker to join our friendly and welcoming group of likeminded individuals., At least 1 year of UK based children's residential care would be essential to be considered forn this position and ideally you have completed the Level 3 qualification in residential care (or currently completing). Must have experience with challenging behaviours, autism and ideally complex needs. A full UK driving licence would also be essential.

We are passionate about supporting young people to achieve and grow and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and drive.
Shifts will be a long day/sleep and we ask for up to 10 full shifts per month, there will also be overtime available, salary will start at £32,000- £34,000 dependant on experience. The home typically follows a 2 on 4 off pattern and there will be overtime available.
