Salary: £44,000-£48,000 + Bonus Scheme | Contract: Permanent

The Role

As Children's Home Manager, you'll guide a skilled and motivated team to provide therapeutic, trauma-informed care. The young person currently supported is bright, resilient, and full of energy, with a real love of football and a strong sense of identity. Under your leadership, the home will continue to be a safe and empowering place where they can grow in confidence, independence, and ambition.
