A leading educational services provider is seeking a Childminding Quality and Sufficiency Adviser in Aylesford, Kent. As a Childminding Quality and Sufficiency Adviser, you'll directly influence the quality of childminding in Kent, helping ensure every child receives the best possible start. You'll support the professional development of childminders and uphold high standards in line with Ofsted and EYFS guidance. This role is central to sustaining inclusive and high-quality early years and childcare provision across the region.
