Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and nurturing Childcare Practitioners to join our caring and dedicated team. If you have a passion for supporting children’s development, a warm and engaging personality, and experience working in childcare settings—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to children in a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment
  • Support the physical, emotional, and educational development of each child
  • Work closely with families, schools, and professionals to ensure consistent care
  • Engage children in age-appropriate learning and play activities
  • Promote independence, positive behaviour, and self-confidence in each child
Requirements
  • Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children, ideally with additional needs
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child development principles
  • Creative, patient, and emotionally resilient
  • Must complete mandatory training, hold or obtain an enhanced DBS, and ideally be registered on the updated service
