Job Description
  • Work closely with the MD to implement the growth strategy for the business
  • Oversee and develop the HR, Customer Service, and IT Support teams
  • Build scalable operational processes that enable growth without compromising brand values
  • Collaborate with leadership to align operations with strategic goals
  • Introduce tools, systems, and ways of working that increase efficiency and team effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance, people development, and excellent internal service delivery
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience working for a well-known branded consumer business, familiar with household brands that have global reach
  • Background in consumer durables such as toys, gifting, fashion, sports, etc
  • Understands how a strong brand operates and scales from the inside out
  • Familiar with supporting or leading operational growth in a consumer business
  • Able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational, strategic, and communication skills
