Location: Nr Woking, Surrey

Reporting to the Managing Director

We’re now entering our next stage of growth – strengthening our operations, empowering leadership teams, and building the rhythm and structure we need to scale sustainably.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity to work side by side with a driven and visionary Managing Director as their operational right hand. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and pace to a growing business, helping turn strategy into action and ensuring that teams deliver on what matters most.

You’ll have real autonomy, working closely with a Managing Director who values your input.

We are ideally looking for someone to work 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday), however, we are open to considering full time candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the Managing Director’s trusted partner, turning priorities into action and freeing up their time for high-impact growth.
  • Embedding operational structure and accountability across The Partnership.
  • Leading day-to-day oversight of managers across The Partnership ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability in delivery.
  • Driving the rhythm of the business through meetings, performance tracking, project follow-up, and communication.
  • Managing the Managing Director’s office, including line management of the wider support team.
  • Partnering with Finance to maintain strong performance oversight and commercial discipline.
  • Organising the Managing Director’s time and tasks.
  • Driving collaboration and consistency across the group.

You’re a natural organiser and problem-solver who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments. You can think strategically while staying close to the detail, and you communicate with warmth, confidence, and clarity.

You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years’ experience in senior operations, business management, Chief of Staff, or executive support roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage senior stakeholders, and embed accountability.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with confidence in interpreting budgets and data.
  • Advanced project management and systems thinking.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
  • A pro‑active, emotionally intelligent approach, operating with discretion and integrity at all times.
  • Confidence with digital tools and a passion for smarter, tech‑enabled ways of working.
