The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at Transport for London (TfL) oversees the organisation\'s budget to ensure sustainable funding for short-, medium- and long-term goals, including delivering the Mayor\'s Transport Strategy. The CFO ensures financial stewardship across TfL\'s business plan and Investment Programme and leads the Procurement & Commercial, Technology Products, and Operations functions. The role also shapes TfL\'s Technology and Revenue Strategy. As a member of TfL\'s Executive Committee and the Commissioner\'s leadership team, the CFO shares collective accountability for strategic decision-making and the overall management of TfL.
