Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Marketing Strategy and Operations Lead to partner with the CMO and run the operating system for our global marketing function. You will own the strategy, planning cadence, and executive decision momentum to move fast with alignment and accountability.

You will lead annual and quarterly planning, OKR discipline, and the weekly business reviews, while partnering with Finance on budget and headcount. This role drives AI-enabled change across GTM and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or marketing/GTM operations.
• Experience leading organizational and operating change, including AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and headcount forecasting.
• Excellent executive communication and writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the operating system for a global marketing function.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, OKRs, and weekly reviews.
• Own marketing budget and headcount planning in partnership with Finance.
• Drive GTM alignment with Sales, Revenue Ops, Product, and Strategy.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation across marketing while protecting brand.
