Job Title: Chemical Dosing Supervisor

Location: Hybrid, Fradley based but with travel

Salary: Up to £42,000 and benefits

We are currently seeking a skilled Chemical Dosing Supervisor to join our team of skilled Engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects for our largest customers, covering a wide range of areas such as environmental and energy management, plant and infrastructure maintenance, and emergency response.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and remediate water services-related issues using strong plumbing and mechanical skills
  • Maintain and manage logbooks and write technical Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers and Design to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Supervise the daily activities of CDS engineers, ensuring the effective delivery of chemical dosing treatment systems, and water quality monitoring equipment installations for the water industry.
  • Take responsibility for the efficient planning and utilisation of available resources, maintaining high standards of quality and health and safety.
  • Ensure adherence to high standards of quality and health and safety practices throughout all operations.
  • Liaise with clients as required, maintaining strong communication and professional relationships to ensure project success
What you’ll need
  • The role requires flexible working hours and includes business travel.
  • Ideally, candidates should possess a qualification of at least City & Guilds level in Plumbing or an equivalent NVQ Level 3, along with a completed plumbing apprenticeship and experience in the water or associated industries.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including planning and organisation of resources and budget control, is essential.
  • IOSH would be advantageous but not crucial (training given).
  • A valid driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are required.
