Qualifications

  • Come from a restaurant background.
  • Be flexible and adaptable.
  • Good knowledge of food & hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard.
  • Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service.
  • Responsible for overall training and development of up to 21 team members.
  • Ensure all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus.
  • Develop and plan menus in line with client and customer expectations.
  • Be creative when menu planning with clients and customers.
  • Ensure the quality and hygiene standards are upheld.
  • Manage the kitchen team to deliver up to 400 covers daily.
  • Provide feedback and coaching on team performance.
  • Ensure team has completed COSHH and Food Hygiene training.
