Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
  • Lead and support a small kitchen team.
  • Plan and deliver high‑quality menus using fresh ingredients.

  • Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
