Salary: £35,000

The role: Chef Manager at Carlton Le Willows School, Gedling, NG4 4AA. You will lead a kitchen team, oversee daily operations, and ensure that all service runs smoothly with adherence to due diligence. You will cook using fresh seasonal ingredients and manage the kitchen at volume, liaising directly with onsite clients.

  1. Working days: Monday to Friday.
  2. Shifts & working hours: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm (45 hours per week).
  3. Working weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks).
  4. Pay details: £35,000 per year.

Benefits: Bonus potential of up to 10% of salary (Company's discretion), free meals on shift & IFG uniform, company pension, and other great IFG benefits.

Your background: We’re looking for experienced Chef Managers with strong cooking and people‑management skills, able to work with fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, manage a kitchen, and liaise directly with onsite clients. You will head your team, keep the service running smoothly, and ensure compliance.
