We are recruiting from Commis through to Senior Chef de Partie, offering flexible shifts, strong training, and opportunities to grow as the restaurant launches and expands its reputation.

• Have previous kitchen experience relevant to their level
• Are passionate about food, hospitality and delivering quality
• Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
• Support the delivery of smooth and efficient kitchen service
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and HACCP practices
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across all kitchen sections
• Assist with stock management, ordering and waste control
• Help foster a positive, professional and high-performing kitchen environment
