Job summary

Beannchor Group’s The Meeting House in Belfast is recruiting chefs across all grades from Commis Chef to Senior Chef de Partie. Join a newly launched concept that emphasizes high-quality ingredients, creativity and a supportive kitchen culture.

We offer a competitive salary dependent on experience, a four-shift pattern each week, health and wellbeing initiatives, and access to training through CPL and other NVQ/WSET programmes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
• Support the delivery of smooth and efficient kitchen service
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and HACCP practices
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across all kitchen sections
• Assist with stock management, ordering and waste control
• Help foster a positive, professional and high-performing kitchen environment
