Job summary

Hilton Belfast is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You will manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and contribute to delivering food of the highest quality.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will mentor junior chefs, control costs, assist menu development, and uphold standards across banqueting and dining. We offer a permanent full-time role with shift flexibility, staff discounts, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and foodservice operations.
• Macs: strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in menu development and food cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with menu development and dish execution.
• Support food purchases and cost management.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty.
• Mentor junior chefs and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee presentation of all food leaving the kitchen.
