Are you a culinary master looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in managing a fast-paced, state-of-the-art kitchen and work with the kitchen team to deliver food to the highest standards.
• Ensure an excellent service is provided at all times.
• Follow care/support plans respecting the nutritional needs of each individual.
• Prepare nutritional snacks for residents as required and directed by the Registered Manager.
• Ensure prepared food is of high quality, palatability and presentation.
• Work closely with the Head Chef.
• Stock control; stock replenishment and ordering.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 years catering experience.
• Awareness of regulations.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and textured diets is advantageous.
• Experience delivering a high-quality service as a Chef is essential.
• Ability to work to a structured menu, while being creative as an individual.
