Job summary

The Holly Blue, part of Hall & Woodhouse - East Region, near Basingstoke, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or CDP/Line Chef to join a supportive team. Live-in accommodation is available, with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour, plus tips and meal discounts on shift.

This traditional Hampshire pub offers a family-friendly, training-focused environment. Expect 5 days on, 2 days off, permanent or seasonal contracts, and a pathway to further development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a hands-on Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Run a section and maintain consistency and presentation to spec.
• Prepare and cook dishes for service with attention to quality and portion control.
• Support the team in busy service and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
