Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse Ltd is recruiting a Chef de Partie for The Holly Blue in Basingstoke. The role offers £14.00 per hour plus tips, with 60% off meals on shift and a supportive team culture.

The pub is part of a family of community pubs and provides a balanced 5 days on, 2 days off schedule with uniform and training opportunities. We’re looking for an experienced CDP or Line Chef who can run a section, maintain consistency, and work to recipes and hygiene standards in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experienced CDP or senior chef with ability to run a section.
• Demonstrated track record in busy kitchens and high standards.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and maintain consistency and presentation.
• Prepare dishes to spec with no variations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and allergen controls.
