You’ll work in a busy, supportive environment with training and development opportunities, and optional live-in accommodation at £77.70 per week. Perfect for someone who cares about presentation, food safety, and consistent service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as CDP/Section Chef or Line Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Able to maintain consistency and high presentation under pressure.
• Committed to doing things the right way and working to spec.

Aufgaben

• Lead a section as a hands-on Chef de Partie and ensure consistency and presentation.
• Work with a supportive team to deliver great food during busy service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times.
• Adapt to a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule and assist with training and development.
