Thomas Franks is a founder-led, fresh food catering business focused on excellence and service delivered with individuality, passion and style. We operate a Monday–Friday kitchen servicing a school environment and welcome a Chef De Partie who can cook from scratch with seasonal ingredients.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in food and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs to provide catering services to pupils and teachers.
• Produce food from scratch using fresh ingredients following brand standards.
• Ensure food hygiene, health and safety policies are followed and wastage is controlled.
• Maintain allergen controls and overall kitchen cleanliness.
