Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd is recruiting a Chef De Partie for one of our prestigious Northampton sites. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, handling fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus, while delivering high standards across service for pupils and staff.

We offer a full-time, permanent role with 37.5 hours per week, a contract type of Full Time, with a salary of £14.50 per hour. The role operates on a 7-day pattern, with training and progression opportunities within a leading contract

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus.
• Understand food cost and wastage basics.
• Allergen handling and food hygiene knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs to provide catering to pupils and teachers.
• Prepare food from scratch using fresh ingredients following brand standards.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety policies are followed and wastage controlled.
