Job summary

J.W. Lees & Co. in the North West is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen. You will cook with fresh ingredients, support the brigade, and help maintain high standards in the section.

You will rotate stock, work well in a team, and benefit from competitive pay, tips, and strong staff discounts across our pubs, inns and hotels as part of JW Lees.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking with fresh ingredients for a busy kitchen.
• Strong eye for detail and consistent standards.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in a kitchen.

• Motivated to develop skills and progress professionally.
