Job summary

JW Lees in Manchester is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will be responsible for cooking with fresh ingredients, maintaining high quality, and supporting a strong team in a fast-paced environment.

You will help ensure Health & Safety standards are met and assist in managing stock and running your section, with opportunities for progression and professional development within our pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.
• Health & Safety in the kitchen and striving for 5* standards.
