Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team in the North West region. You will cook with fresh ingredients, maintain high standards, and work closely with a supportive team to achieve top health and safety scores.

You will manage your section, rotate stock, and stay motivated to develop skills through our development programs and apprenticeships.

• Has a passion and experience of cooking with fresh food
• Has an eye for detail and consistency and can work well in a team
• Health & Safety in the Kitchen; work to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors
• Manage and rotate your stock and oversee the running of your section
• Be highly motivated and eager to develop your skills and progress to the next level
