Job summary

JW Lees is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our fabulous team in a busy kitchen. You will work with fresh ingredients, maintain high standards, and support the brigade to deliver great meals for our customers.

As a Chef de Partie you will manage your section, rotate stock, and ensure health and safety compliance to support 5* scores. We offer competitive pay, tips, staff discounts, and opportunities for development and progression.
