Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will focus on food quality, prep, mise en place and plating to the highest standards.

Able to thrive in a busy, high-profile venue with a team-oriented mindset, you’ll work flexible shifts, gain ongoing training, and enjoy staff meals and benefits while developing professionally within a vibrant hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a busy high-profile venue or similar.
• Strong focus on food safety and hygiene.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to company guidelines and standards.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared before service.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Attend meetings with FOH and BOH teams and support menu changes.
• Support junior team members through guidance and collaboration.
• Assist in preparing team meals and consider dietary needs.
• Demonstrate proactive learning, improvement and teamwork.
• Assist with deep cleaning of the kitchen before close.
• Wrap unused items and store properly at end of service.
