Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will ensure high-quality food, prep before service, proper mise en place, and plating to company standards in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning, with opportunities for training, growth, and engagement in Soho House’s vibrant culture and events across the venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a busy venue.
• Passion for food and delivering first-class service.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to company guidelines and standards.
• Ensure mise en place is completed before service.
• Maintain professional attitude and uphold health and safety regulations.
• Attend meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about menu changes.
• Support junior team members and assist in team meals as needed.
• Assist with deep cleaning of the kitchen before close and stock management.
