Soho House is hiring a Chef de Partie in the United Kingdom to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. The role focuses on mise en place, plating to standard, and upholding food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Passion for food and delivering high-quality dining experiences.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive and respectful attitude in a busy kitchen.
• Culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1 or 2) is a plus but not essential.
• Able to follow training schedules and club school requirements.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Able to take direction and work both in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Plating food to company standards and ensuring mise en place before service.
• Support kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in the kitchen.
• Participate in regular meetings and collaborate with front/back of house teams.
