With 2+ years in a busy venue, you will be reliable, adaptable and eager to learn. Expect flexible shifts, strong teamwork, and opportunities to grow within a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Passion for food and attention to detail with a desire to learn and grow.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork in a busy kitchen.
• Positive, proactive attitude; flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to guidelines, maintaining high standards.
• Ensure mise en place is completed before service.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Attend meetings with front and back of house; learn menu changes.
• Support junior team members and guide Commis Chefs.
• Assist in team meals, considering dietary needs and variety.
• Demonstrate proactive learning, improvement, and teamwork.
• Assist with deep cleaning of the kitchen before close.
• Wrap unused items and store them properly after service.
