Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will prepare food, set up stations, and plate to company standards, while maintaining a passion for quality and continuous development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue.
• Passion for food and high service standards.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to guidelines and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure mise en place is complete before service.
• Maintain professional attitude at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Attend meetings with front and back of house teams to learn changes and tastings.
• Support junior team members and guide Commis Chefs.
• Assist in team meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Demonstrate proactive learning and teamwork.
• Assist with deep cleaning of the kitchen before close.
• Wrap unused items and store properly after service.
