Soho House is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests in the UK. You will ensure high-quality food, prep, mise en place, and plating to Soho House standards while working collaboratively with the team.

The role emphasizes reliability, passion for food, and a hands-on approach to continuous learning. You will have opportunities for growth, training, and participation in various staff perks and development programs

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-profile kitchen is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Reliable, friendly and a team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, cooking and plating dishes to Soho House standards.
• Maintain mise en place and station setup before service.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Attend regular meetings with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Support junior team members and help with training as needed.
• Assist in preparation of team meals and accommodate dietary needs.
