Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will ensure high-quality food, prep before service, set up stations, and plate to club standards while growing professionally.

The role offers training, team events, and a range of benefits within a renowned hospitality group. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to company guidelines and ensuring high standards.
• Set up and stock kitchen stations before service (mise en place).
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house to learn menu/service changes.
• Support junior team members (e.g., Commis Chefs) through guidance and collaboration.
• Assist in preparation of team meals and accommodate dietary needs.
