Our client is a family-run two‑Rosette restaurant located in a leafy London suburb, offering modern French‑inspired cuisine using exceptional seasonal British and continental produce. They are seeking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join their brigade and play a key role in delivering consistent excellence across their kitchen.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie…
  • £38,000 per annum package
  • Structured 7‑shift rota over 5 days: 1 early shift, 2 late shifts and 2 doubles
  • Sunday & Monday off
  • Working alongside a team of 10 talented chefs

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard, showcasing the restaurant’s refined modern French‑British style
  • Catering for 40 covers per service during the week and up to 100 on Fridays & Saturdays
  • Taking ownership of your section, managing mise en place, consistency and cleanliness throughout service
  • Contributing creative ideas to menu development and supporting seasonal changes with the Head Chef
  • Guiding and supporting junior chefs, promoting teamwork and attention to detail
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
  • Strong experience as a Chef De Partie, ideally within a fine‑dining or two/three‑Rosette environment
  • Excellent technical skills and a keen attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and manage time‑sensitive operations with calm and clarity
  • Passion for seasonal produce, flavour‑driven menus and creative execution
