Soho House in the UK is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will prepare food before service, set up stations, plate to standards, and help maintain a high-energy, collaborative kitchen.

With 2+ years in a similar role, you’ll bring passion for food, basic food safety knowledge, and a flexible approach to shifts, including weekends. NVQ Level 1/2 is a plus, as is teamwork and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Passion for food and growth mindset.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to guidelines and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure mise en place is completed before service.
• Support junior team members and staff wellbeing.
• Participate in daily tastings and menu changes.
• Contribute to deep cleaning and compliance with health and safety.
