Soho House, a renowned private members' club, is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will prepare, set up, and plate dishes to the highest standards while maintaining consistency across service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for food, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary qualification is a plus but not essential.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to guidelines and maintaining high standards.
• Ensuring mise en place is completed before service.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Attend meetings with front and back of house and support juniors.
• Assist in preparing team meals and adapt to dietary needs.
• Demonstrate proactive learning and teamwork.
• Support deep cleaning of the kitchen before close.
• Wrap unused items and store properly after service.
