Soho House in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will prepare food before service, set up stations, and plate to our standards while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation.

You will work closely with the team, gain hands-on training, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to guidelines and maintaining high standards.
• Ensuring mise en place is ready before service.
• Assist in training junior team members and supporting with team meals.
• Participate in deep cleaning and close-down routines.
