Soho House is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will prepare food before service, set up stations, and plate to company standards, ensuring high quality across the board.

The role involves maintaining mise en place, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating with junior team members to deliver first-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for food with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast paced environment.
• Basic food safety and hygiene practices understood.

Responsibilities

• Plating to company standards and ensuring mise en place before service.
• Assist in prep and station setup for service.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house to learn menu changes.
