Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will help ensure high-quality food, set up stations, and plate to company standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers ongoing training, team events, staff discounts, and a pathway for growth within a globally recognised hospitality group in London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Passion for food and a strong learning mindset.
• Good understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Culinary qualification is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food before service, set up and stock kitchen stations, and plate to standards.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure consistency across service.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams and tastings.
• Support junior team members and mentor through guidance.
• Assist in team meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Deep clean kitchen before close and store unused items properly.
