Soho House is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will ensure high-quality food, set up stations, and plate to standard while embracing a platform to grow and have an impact.

Your role includes mise en place, health and safety compliance, and collaborating with front and back of house teams. A passion for food and strong teamwork will help you thrive in this busy environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude in a busy kitchen.

Aufgaben

• Plating food to company guidelines and high standards.
• Ensure mise en place is completed before service.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams.
• Support junior team members and guide through training.
• Assist in preparation of team meals and consider dietary needs.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
• Deep cleaning of the kitchen before close.
• Wrap unused items and store properly after service.
