Job summary

Soho House & Co. in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to support our kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will ensure food quality, prep before service, set up stations and plate to standards.

The role offers ongoing training, opportunities to grow, flexible shifts, and a supportive team. You should have at least 2 years in a busy venue, a passion for food, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for food and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to company guidelines.
• Ensure mis en place is completed before service.
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all times.
• Attend meetings with front and back of house teams for updates and tastings.
• Support junior team members (e.g., Commis Chefs) through guidance.
• Assist in preparation of team meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
• Deep clean of the kitchen before close and proper storage of items.
