Job summary

Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will help ensure the highest quality food, prepare ahead of service, and maintain mise en place.

You’ll be reliable, friendly, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, while upholding food safety standards and collaborating with front and back of house teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Passion for food and attention to detail.
• Solid food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary qualification is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food before service and set up kitchen stations.
• Plating to company standards and maintaining mise en place.
• Support junior team members.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house.
• Assist with deep cleaning and end-of-service tasks.
• Demonstrate proactive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
