Job summary

Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade. You will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests, preparing food before service, setting up stations, and presenting plates to standards.

The role offers continuous training and opportunities to grow within a vibrant club environment. With a focus on teamwork and high service levels, you will work flexible shifts, including weekends, in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1 or 2) desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to company guidelines and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure Mise en Place is prepared before service and stay organised.
• Maintain professional attitude at all times and uphold health and safety regulations.
• Attend regular meetings with FOH and BOH teams and participate in tastings.
