Young's Pubs in Potters Bar is seeking a creative Chef de Partie ready to join our busy kitchen. Live-in options available, with training provided and a supportive team focused on quality, consistency and guest experience.

As a CDP you will work with Head Chef to design dishes, uphold food safety, and contribute to menu development, while enjoying weekly pay, paid holidays, and staff discounts across Young's Pubs network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef stepping up.
• Ability to deliver quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Willingness to learn and actively contribute to kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in designing and delivering new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Maintain effective GP and labour controls through proactive planning.
• Drive sales and growth by engaging with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
