Job summary

Young's Pubs is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join a busy, welcoming kitchen. You will work alongside the Head Chef to deliver quality, fresh dishes and maintain high standards with passion and flair.

You will be an active hands-on chef, lead your station, communicate clearly with front of house, help design menu specials, and assist with GP and labour control while driving sales growth.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef looking to step up.
• Demonstrate a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Active hands-on Kitchen Supervisor capable of leading a station.

Responsibilities

• Lead your station and support Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes.
• Help design and deliver new menu dishes and daily specials.
• Drive GP and labour controls with effective planning and organisation.
• Collaborate with front of house and other kitchen teams to boost sales.
