Job summary

Young's pub is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a welcoming team in a refreshed village venue. You will help craft our fresh, classic British menu and work closely with the Head Chef to implement daily specials.

You’ll be hands-on, creative, and focused on consistent quality, while contributing to kitchen and front-of-house collaboration and local growth. Evening and weekend shifts may apply, with training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie with strong communication skills.
• Show willingness to learn new skills and contribute to menu design.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for the menus and daily specials.
• Maintain good planning and organisational controls for GP and labour.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
